CCS was proud to build the original One Life Fitness location in downtown Kansas City, a project that set the standard for high-quality fitness environments in the heart of the city. The build required a focus on creating a space that catered to a wide range of fitness needs, from functional training areas to group exercise spaces, all within a sleek, modern design.

The gym featured state-of-the-art equipment, spacious locker rooms, and a layout that maximized both functionality and member comfort. CCS integrated modern design elements, including custom flooring, efficient lighting, and durable materials, ensuring that the facility would stand the test of time. This attention to detail helped create a fitness center that quickly became a staple for local residents.

Although the location was later rebranded as Genesis Fitness, the solid foundation laid by CCS remains. The original build still serves as the core structure of the gym, reflecting CCS’s commitment to long-lasting quality and adaptable design.
