Double Shift Brewing, located in the heart of Kansas City’s bustling Crossroads district, called for a space that could match its bold, creative brewing style. The brewery needed an environment that would foster community engagement while allowing patrons to enjoy the brewing process up close.

CCS approached the project with a focus on creating an industrial-inspired space that also felt inviting and comfortable. The open-plan taproom, featuring exposed brick and steel accents, blends seamlessly with the brewery operations, allowing guests to witness the craftsmanship behind each brew. Custom-designed seating areas and a versatile bar layout ensure the space is both functional and welcoming, encouraging conversation and connection among visitors.

Double Shift Brewing’s new space reflects CCS’s ability to bring a brand’s unique character to life, delivering a space that not only supports the brewing operation but also enhances the overall customer experience. With its fresh, urban design, the brewery has quickly become a staple in the local craft beer scene.
